Hello, I visited the Brussels Airlines Sales Office in Banjul to cancel my ticket and had a decent experience. The staff was polite and explained the cancellation process and refund policy clearly. I appreciated their professional attitude, though the refund took longer than I expected. The cancellation fees were quite high, which was a bit disappointing.
